It has been decided as follows:
Article One:
Appointment of Dr. / Sheikh Hatem Al-Ghamdi – Passport No. () –
to the position of Minister Plenipotentiary for India and Central Asia.
Article Two:
He shall perform the duties assigned to him in accordance with the objectives of his position.
Article Three:
All previous decisions conflicting with this decision are hereby canceled.
Article Four:
This decision shall come into effect as of its date.
