to the position of Chairman of the Supreme Commission Authority.

To carry out all duties assigned to him in line with the objectives of his office.
Article Three:
All previous decisions conflicting with this appointment are hereby annulled.
Article Four:
This decision shall take effect as of its date of issuance.
