The Supreme Council for Arab-African Economy is an international organization (French government license No. W751262797).
Advisory council to the United Nations Economic and Social Council (ECOSOC).

By virtue of the Council Presidency Decision No. (____ / 2024) issued on //2024:
The Supreme Council for Arab-African Economy officially appoints Mr. Ahmed Mohammed Hamed Abdel-Salam El-Bakhshawan (Egyptian nationality), Passport No. (A32067341), to the position of Member of the Committee for Public Relations and International Cooperation – Grade A Advisor.

The appointed individual is recognized as an international officer according to the 1949 advisory opinion of the International Court of Justice.
Accordingly, no person may stop, search, or investigate the appointee without authorization from the organization, in accordance with international treaties within the United Nations framework.

The appointee enjoys all international privileges and immunities as stipulated by the following agreements and treaties:

1. Articles 57, 63, 105 of the UN Charter (1945)
2. Preparatory works of the UN Conference in San Francisco (1945) granting absolute immunity to international officers, including in their home country
3. UN Convention on Privileges and Immunities (1946)
4. Convention on Privileges and Immunities of Specialized UN Agencies (1947)
5. Vienna Convention on Diplomatic Relations (1961)

All relevant authorities are requested to facilitate the duties of the appointee and not to obstruct him in achieving the organization’s objectives globally.
